MIXED TRADITIONAL NEW-AGE CULTURAL WEDDING

Photography by Vincent Ribon

This wedding took place in December 2009 on Tulum’s white beaches at Casa Violeta, a hidden natural recess handcrafted with a fully arty taste. Karla & Gianni were travelling down from New York with their local friends & families from Guadalajara & Italia. I publish today this photo coverage because of the particular taste of this events & the great place they found for their church ceremony: a fairy convent from the XVI century located in Valladolid, Yucatan (aprox. 1hr drive from Tulum). Tip for Brides: a traditional location like the old colonial buildings or haciendas of this region are able to give a very enjoyable frame to your cultural wedding. In addition Karla choose to experience with her closest relatives and friends a new age ceremony on the beach. That mix between traditional Mexican & new age culture stays in my memory as a colorful 2 days wedding documentary. Here are some of our fav pictures, next post holds the album design of the same wedding.
